After #003, we really got into creating the recipes ourselves. Autumn was coming and we were ready for some higher ABV beer. Mark created a Double IPA in which he experimented with the boiling of the hops. The use of three different hops and a sophisticated time-schedule, gives this beer the lovely hoppy character that belongs to a decent DIPA. Again, dryhopping with Amarillo gives that bit of extra to the aroma.
